I have 3 depts, one is fine the other 2 have stopped recieving email from pop3
Nothing has been touched, I can see the emails with web mail, but cannot get them downloaded into osticket.
HELP would be great, I am not a coder at all but can find my way around.
This has been working for over 6 months NO ISSUES, then bang 2 emails stop getting pulled in ??
ADVICE ASAP
