OSticket is up and running. It was the easiest thing I have ever installed.:) Many thanks
to the guy/guys who developed it.
My question is:
Can a ticket be created automatically after the user has sent an email to OSticket?
Some of my users are used to just send emails when requesting help. I know they will not be bothered logging into the webpage and creating a ticket, they will still send emails directly to me. Is it possible for OSticket to create a ticket automatically after it has received a request email?
