I have searched the forums and failed to find what I am looking for. I have osTicket installed on a computer separate from our Exchange server. IMAP is supported/POP3 is not. The system is able to send e-mails with no problems.
I cannot get it to connect to IMAP to retrieve e-mails to create tickets. I have tried all sorts of combinations of login info and settings with no luck.
osTicket 1.6 RC4 running on XP Pro machine that is joined to the domain. Apache 2.2.8, PHP 5.2.5 & MYSQL 5.0.51a (WampServer V2). Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 Server Standard. php_imap and php_openssl are both enabled.
Is it possible for osTicket to use IMAP and not POP3 to retrieve e-mails. Where is the setting for this? What are the correct settings in osTicket to enable IMAP retrieval?
