From the admin/user screens, a change user info tab could be useful - such that when someone enters what I call useless info in the required fields, a quick edit can put it back to standards that we want such that client searches are possible. In fact, even a drop list of matching existing clients names matching the email would be useful so it could be rapidly standardized back to a format ie firstname lastname. Similarly, if a user has multiple emails they use, either a second email option to put a known reference email in for them or allow us to change the email.
Lastly, same with the phone. Provide it where available.
