There needs to be further documentation. I am stumped to find out how things _actually_ run and so on.
I have staff who can't see unassigned tickets come in but the admin can see it so i assumed it's probably Manager or admin rights to delegate but now after switching a user to admin and back again, later they can see unassigned new tickets come in even though they are staff members....huh?
Another weird thing.
Why does some staff can see tickets not assigned to themselves but assigned to other staff yet they can't see other assigned tickets? As far as i can tell, these tickets may have been ones when this staff was an admin and assigned it to another user and from now on can see this ticket even though he's a normal staff member... thats what it seems to be happening but can't tell for sure.
whatever the case, there is no clear outline from what i can find on the wiki (is there any other place for documentation?) where these rules apply or how this works exactly.
