Hi guys,
I have my own mail server and also got a hosting company to host www domain, I used the fantastico and did a default install of OSTicket on the linux server, it is all working well. The only issue is I need some help on how to configure it so that it sends my mail server (my account) with a notification whenever a new ticket is logged, how to do that? It by default will send out email to the person logging the call online, but how do i get that same message to be forwarded to me?
Please assist, desperately need your expertise on this one. Many thanks in advance.
