Ticket view based on departments
Is it possible to set the ticket view of staff to only display tickets associated to the department that the staff belong to? Our setup is such that there are multiple departments, each department has specific a support email address that osticket pulls down. Currently, support emails are displayed from all departments, we'd like to segregate them. We are running 220.127.116.11.
