Been using osTicket this year and we love it. We have Support Contracts that allow customers to get x number of support from us. although we have found an add on that lets our employees enter # of hours spent for each ticket, we are looking for a way to associate a customer to a specific support contract so that we know if a customer has reached this x number of hours. This number can vary depending on the type of contract purchased. How can we do this in osticket?
