Full header and editable fields
Is it possible to view full email headers for tickets created from emails? Sometimes users place our support email in CC and talk with 3d-party services. So we get the tickets, which do not require our response, but we can't understand to whom email were addressed.
Also another important point need to editable TO and CC fields to redirect tickets to right ways.
Can you help about this ?
