Email setup

I am working on getting OS ticket setup for my company and have it all setup and working now. But my boss would like it so users can say send an email to [email]Support@Company.ca[/email] and it will auto create the ticket and let the admin know so he can assign it accordingly.

How do I got about this or is it even possible? my knowledge of PHP is really lacking I got this setup thanks to the help of the great people on this forum.
