Support for ticket stakeholdres
Here is a feature request based on our daily requirements:
Most often, the ticket owner (client) is 1 person, but the ticket is important to many people (let's say stakeholders). These stakeholders need to know the overview and status of some tickets which are related to them.
That's why it would be great to be able to add a flexible no. of stakeholders to the several tickets - for the client as well as our staff.
When adding a stakeholder, there should be some optional checkboxes "Allow to contribute" (without: readonly access) and a dropdown field for "Notify on responses", "Notify on closed ticket", "Never notify".
