Alert NOT sent out to staff on ticket assignment

Hi all,

I click on Admin Panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices -> Choose Enable forTicket Assignment Alert: Alert sent out to staff on ticket assignment. Tick Assigned Staff, Team Lead and Team Members.

My problem is the alert is not sent out to staff on ticket assignment. May I know how to solve this problem?
