I have the entire osTicket installation running, and it works amazingly well, thank you very much to the developers!
There's only one last thing I can't figure out. When tickets are opened via email, all is fine, but when I ticket is created online, then it does not show the ticket number, but it shows #XXXXXX instead. The email that is being sent to the user contains the correct number, so technically all is ok, it only looks a bit confusing:

I'd appreciate if somebody could help me out to solve this last little issue.
