I am trying to figure out why these numbers don't make any sense to me. They just don't add up and it's hard for me to use this report to present to my department. I am on osTicket version 1.7.1.
Under computer issues, 9 opened, 16 assigned, 4 overdue, and 11 closed? I would think "opened" represents the total of closed? Is this a bug or osTicket is just grabbing the counts from the wrong table? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
