Ok, so the size of the object is limited by the bounds of its container.. so, if you want to make your Image display larger, you need to expand the surrounding <div> "containing" the <img>.In the header.inc.php file, you have <div id="container"><div id="header"><a id="logo"><img src=..logo.php.. etc. This is the bit that you need to play with in CSS to modify the height of the div#header to be slightly taller (that's why I mentioned the height attribute previously), you will need to modify them all, as they are all explicitly set at 71 pixels in height. Best to play with it in your browser first, find the optimal values, then set them in the file, or simply make your own CSS file which overrides osTicket's, and include it in the header after the osTicket css file.Try StyleBot for Chrome, or FireBug for Firefox. Select the element you want to modify, change the associated attributes for CSS, it should adjust the page in realtime, keep going till you are happy, persist those values to your stylesheet or the osticket one..
