All of our tickets are invisible when we login as an administrator after upgrading to v1.8. Any ideas? Regardless if we are on any of the 'sub-tabs', we still see:Open (3)Answered (2)My Tickets (2)Overdue (2)Closed Tickets (3)There are no tickets here. (Leave a little early today).In addition, we are not getting any email alerts either. I also noticed that we cannot submit any tickets through the web interface either. It says required fields are missing. Attached to this post is a screenshot.Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
