Are there any other errors in your database log file? My hunch is that the upgrader took too long processing d51f303a-dad45ca2.patch.sql and PHP aborted. For whatever reason, the upgrader continued again from the top of the same patch and broke at the second statement in the script.I would recommend running the last two SQL statements from the file by hand:UPDATE `%TABLE_PREFIX%ticket_thread` SET `body` = REPLACE( REPLACE( REPLACE( REPLACE( REPLACE( REPLACE( REPLACE( REPLACE( `body`, '\r', ''), '\n ', '\n'), '\n\n\n', '\n\n'), '\n\n\n', '\n\n'), '\n\n\n', '\n\n'), '<', '<'), '>', '>'), '\n', '');andUPDATE `%TABLE_PREFIX%config` SET `value` = 'dad45ca24a3800102f8b92c7279347db' WHERE `key` = 'schema_signature' AND `namespace` = 'core';Of course, you'll need to replace %TABLE_PREFIX% with your table prefix. Once you finish the statement posted last above (update of the config table), the upgrader should be able to continue through the rest of the upgrade.Cheers,
