Hmm, sounds like you don't trust your sales assistants.. sneaky buggers eh?Well, you can simply create an internal "group" for them, with incredibly limited permissions, so they can't modify any tickets, but can still see them and query them. Would give you want you want, but with the ability to setup accounts for them all and therefore track who created a ticket first.You can have multiple levels of permissions, its designed that way!The "Client Side" is really for members of the public, people who should have "no access whatsoever" to anything that isn't directly related to them.. trying to pervert the basic functionality will not be fun for you, really, its better to simply let your staff login to the scp and create tickets there.You can even have a single login for all sales associates if required: "sales"/"sales" etc..
