I'm wondering if anyone knows if there'll ever be a custom report generator function included. Here's what we need:
We need to track the amount of effort spent per ticket. So, no problem there. I can easily add a field to the core form as a number and ask the techs to ensure they fill it in before closing.
However, in order to understand time spent, I would need to see that field in a report. The current report produces only:
|Ticket Id||Date||Subject||From||Priority||Department||Help Topic||Source||Current Status||Last Updated||Due Date||Overdue||Answered||Assigned To||Staff Assigned||Team Assigned||Thread Count||Attachment Count|
It would be useful if we could select what fields we want in the report.
