Multiple email recipients attached to issues?
Does osTicket support multiple email addresses related to an issue? Other than the internal departmental feature, it might be helpful to add a CC field, or subscribe, to allow multiple people to stay up-to-date with the status of issues that affect them.
How can we do this?
