Normally the entire ticket isn't loaded, as for speed you only want specific information, you could try JOIN'ing the tables yourself, or try that, see if it works.. might slow things down inordinately.Basically, that will load the entire ticket object, then load the entire client object, then summon and iterate over all forms associated with the client, pick the "phone" one, and return it for rendering.. which, will take a few db queries.. PER TICKET in the list.. so it won't be the best way of doing it.You should really modify the query, however because you need to get a value from a form from a staff from a ticket.. it is slightly beyond me right at the moment.. is >40degrees today and my brain is frying. Maybe the devs can help?
