There is no way to do what you are asking with osTicket at this time. They only way to do such would be to implement a mod (such as the one that zod posted a link to above). I would warn you that doing such would bypass the built in security of osTicket (email addresses are like usernames, and ticket numbers are like passwords). You should not do this lightly unless you have the computer on an intranet or have some other way of securing the system.I should also note that the ability to have user accounts for users is coming and scheduled to be implemented in osTicket 1.8.2. (which is several versions away at this time and could be over a year away.)
