Email to User when Ticket assigned to Staff

Hi ,

Im sure this has been asked a million times but I cant seem to find an answer.

Is there an option or Mod to have Users receive an email when a Staff Member claims their ticket or when ticket is assigned to staff?

At the moment , Users are unaware of ticket assignment,


Am on Latest Release


  • check the settings page
  • Its my understanding that ticket assignment is an internal thing, and is transparent to the client.  I'm not aware of any mods or options to change this behavior.

    Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices -> Ticket Assignment Alert controls if STAFF get a notification.
