I'm using OSTicket 1.8.0.1Is there any relatively simple way to have a column showing the current ticket status of each ticket in the overview under the Admin Panel, or really, in any screen showing a list of tickets? I'm actually kind if at a loss for why this isn't there already.I can't code per se, but if anyone has perhaps done this and can provide the proper snippets of code and where they go, I'm comfortable inserting them.
