We have a use case where we want a user to have the option to submit a ticket anonymously. It would be nice if email entry could be optional, but it would be acceptable if email was all or nothing (in this case, nothing).How would someone recommend we institute the following workflow.User Opens Ticket (email optional, or non existent)Display the Ticket ID on the confirmation screen (there used to be a post on doing this, but it has since been removed).Only require Ticket ID when checking the status of the ticket.Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.
