Hide replies in staff ticket thread

I would like to hide replies send to customers (text posted in "Post reply tab") to one of the staff member with access only to "Post internal note" tab. Is there a solution to do that?

  • I'm not real sure what your asking, but from the sound of your request no, this is not currently a feature in osTicket.
