I've installed OSTicket on numerous systems with fresh installs of PHP and MySQL. This is the first time i've installed on a server that needed to be upgraded first.
Current setup:
Windows 2000 Server
IIS
PHP 5.0.5
MySQL 5.051b
Everytime i try to install, I get the following error:
"osTicket requires MySQL 4.1.1 or better! Please upgrade "
At the top of the screen is this:
"Warning: mysql_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ost\include\mysql.php on line 45"
I've uninstalled the previous version of MySQL (4.1) and I can connect to 5.0 with phpmyadmin and the MySQL Administrator from a remote system with no problems. Any suggestions? I'm at a loss.
TIA
Ryan
Edit: Forgot to add that the install script is adding the correct records to my osTicket database, so it is making a connection. Seems like there is a config file somewhere tell osticket that mysql is older than it really is.
