How do I reassign a ticket in 1.7 ?

  • Scroll down to bottom of ticket where you would enter text for a comment.  click on the "Assign Ticket" tab.

    If you do not see it there then perhaps your account does not have privs to assign tickets.  You can check that at: Admin panel -> Staff -> Groups -> your accounts group -> "Can Assign Tickets"
