osTicket email sending problem
I have osTicket v.1.6 and here's my problem. The user can open a ticket fine and they will recieve the email. I opened a ticket using a gmail address then I tried a different domain and the ticket info was sent to the gmail address but not to the other domain that I used.
Another problem that i'm having is that it will send ticket alert emails to the admin but not to any of the staff.
I suspect that it is caused by spam, but it is nowhere to be found in my email (not the gmail one.)
