You already can.To update (client) user accounts you:Login in as a Staff click on new ticket.search by the email address.click continue.click on First Last <email@address.tld>Correct the Full Name.Click Update User.
You can also click on the First Last <email@address.tld> in a ticket view if you do not want to search.
To update staff accounts you would go to admin panel -> staff -> staff members -> click o the staff.
