Hey ismannen -In your Web Directory\Include\Staff do you have status.inc.php? If so, rename this file to status.mod.php. I realize that when I posted the instructions I gave it the wrong name.

Does anyone have the .php files made that i can just drop in and overwrite for this? Im looking at theis code and i have no idea wht to do with it, or where to put this "Class" stuff. I dont know programming.
Subdivisions - I could get you those files. Which version of OSTicket are you running? You can find this in the Admin Panel -> Settings -> System

Just so you know i created the lists and all that the instruction says, but when it comes to the coding i dont wanna break anything.. This is an add on that my clients will find most useful.

Oh yes that would be helpful.. So when someone logs in to see the ticket they can see hat status it is. (thus saving the phone call to ask me)
That I don't have yet, but is the next step with the mod. I meant having it show in the ticket queue so the staff can see the status of the tickets.

Oh i just read it too fast, i need the customer to see the status, not the tech, I'm th only tech.
