Change Success/Error Notifications Text?

Where can I find and change the text that is displayed when a user submits a new ticket, a new reply to an existing ticket, received an error notice, etc?  IE, the colored bars that appear with a checkmark or an X to say things like "Support Ticket Request Created"?

  • AH, yeah, sorry, I forgot to give the version.  1.8.0.1 - basically I'm looking to make the terminology more casual for a general help system, as opposed to a technical ticket system, so I'm trying to change the term "ticket" to reflect an "inquiry" anywhere that the customer will see it.  All I have left are those status messages.
