Hi, I have just installed osTicket. I made a few trials. It looks like that client users can login with their ticket ids and email addresses into the system. I wonder if they can login the system with a password too?
Currently the ticket# is their password. This will be changing in a future version of osT. Specifically it's slated for inclusion in version 1.8.2 which is due out in a few months.
Will it then be possible to associate the client users with companies (organizations)? And for the users to view all tickets that are registered by the company they belong to?
That's my understanding of the direction that its headed yes.
