Version 1.8.0.2Currently as far as I can see the Created count for tickets includes tickets which are deleted. Currently we delete tickets which are "spam" and come in by email.Is it possible to include a line for deleted tickets (and a method to remove them from the created count) so we can see the amount of spam as at the moment the chart shows many more tickets being created than being closed or answered or perhaps a way of marking them as spam rather than deleting them.
