Hi allright now i look for a ticket system for our company.i have two wishes to the system:First thing seems possible with the features of osTicket. We want to handle support requests from out internal stuff. Looks easy on OST and should be usable more or less out of the box.The second requirement is, to handle tickets from external companies.e.g. we have a support company for some crititical software we are using. We send them an request and get the answer with a ticket number in the mail subject. My plan is to integrate those tickets into OST and merge the mails on the subject reference so that we have easier controll about open tickets with them and controll the support costs easier. Right now we handle that with Outlook (2007) which is not such comfortable as it should be.Has anyone experience with the second point?It would be great to get a feedback, because i didn't found something using the search function.Cheers xbl33m
