We run a business where we are the middle man. So, a Customer places an order through our website and then we communicate with the Vendor about the order. As a result, for each order we open a ticket to communicate with the Customer and also open a ticket to communicate with the the Vendor. For each order, we would like a way to associate the Customer ticket with the Vendor ticket.We imagine that this requires some custom work but we are unsure as to the best way to do this association. For example, do we create a new tab on each ticket where we can view the associated ticket? There could very well be a better solution, as we are certainly not experts here with this system.Has anyone made this type of association? Or any suggestions as to the best way to do this?
