We don't use the SLA field at all, and would prefer to remove, or even hide it. Is there a way to do this? I can't find this field in the forms anywhere...

It's optional. You can disable SLAs by selecting "none" as the default SLA in Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets.
We already have this set to none- but it still shows up in the forms to open new tickets. Is there any way to remove it from the form?

what you mean by "hide"?try add this at your form template <td witdh ="160" style="display"> its only hide the field. just play trick for temporary solution.
