Uploading Files

osTicket 1.7.3
Acting as a client I am unable to upload any files.
Any thoughts?

    I would start by going to:

    Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Scroll down to Attachments

    and checking the following configuration option:
    Online/Web Attachments
    Limit to authenticated users only
    Max. User File Uploads
    Maximum File Size
    and
    Accepted File Types


    If all that checks out I would then look into my PHP configuration.  Check your php.ini and ensure that

    file_uploads = On
