Hello,One thing I would like to see in osTicket is some sort of notification that the file intended to be attached is too large for the system to accept, as currently, osTicket scrubs the attachment and posts the text, not alerting anyone that an attachment had been attempted to be attached, but failed.I think a couple possible solutions would be:1) to not allow any response if the file is too large, refreshing the page (hopefully saving the text typed so the user/staff doesn't have to retype it), and displaying an error message stating that the attachment is too large.2) to have an automated response from the system updating the ticket stating "Attachment <file name> could not be attached due to file size."Personally, I think option 2 would be better as it would allow for attachments attempting to come in from users updating via email.If anyone knows of a mod or where I can modify the code to come up with something like this myself, I certainly wouldn't mind some assistance in customizing this myself.Thanks, - JD
