Hi,when creating a new ticket from backend, one create a new user, or select a formerly created one.But where can I edit an existing user (e. g. in order to add a phone number, or to change something)?Thanks!
Hi there,I found that you can edit the user details when you click open a ticket created by a customer and then you click on the customers name. Then you get a popup window and there click on the customers name again and then you can edit the customers details e.g. phonenumber etc. Hope this helps.By the way I am using version 18.0.2.

agrointernet's response is correct. :) He replied before I saw this.As a side note, there is a Client (User) UI coming in a future version. It's believe that it is current roadmapped for version 1.8.2, but could be as late as 2.0.I'm going to close this thread, but please don't hesitate to post again if you have another question. :)
