Advanced search requires Priority?
Maybe I'm missing something here, but running 18.104.22.168 and the Advanced ticket search requires you to select a Priority level. Our users have a hard time having to run 4 searches, one for each priority level, to find closed tickets.
I tested adding a blank Priority to the sql table, but that didn't work. Found zero tickets selecting blank. I suppose the id number is used instead of the value.
