new ticket notification error in 1.8.1 on cpanel hosting installation

osticket 1.8.1 (upgrading from 1.8.0.3)
Server Information
osTicket Versionv1.8.1
Server SoftwareApache

problems:
1. user sending email to osticket, doesn't receive new ticket notifications, even admin also don't receive email notif
- checked admin panel, autoresponder enabled all 4 items
- checked emails for testing disabled autoresponder checkbox is not checked
- checked departments for testing disabled autoresponder checkbox is not checked
but still no email notification received for new ticket created.
try with others cpanel account in same server with fresh install 1.8.1, new email notif is received normally
and both installation receive show in the second problem shows below when sending from bb os 10 email.

2. sending from BB os 10 email show error class.mailparse.php line 98:

  • also for note:
    already try changing from php email to smtp to localhost port 25 with hosting email in admin panel->emails->testing
    but no success
  • Found and try from http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/76375/new-ticket-alert-to-admin-dept-not-working-since-1-8-1-upgrade#latest. It works. Need to change auto responders email "same as above"

    But for the BlackBerry os 10 email still have mail delivery report, hosting tech support don't have answer:(.
  • I would say that if you are using a third party installer that you should install manually.
    Please consult your php error log and see if there is more than just a warning being logged.
    I've point out this thread to the devs to take a look at.
  • as cpanel only provide installation for 1.8.0.2 for the latest, 
    I upgrade to 1.8.1 from manual

  • Please update us if you discover a solution to this as I'm experiencing the same problem post upgrade to 1.8.1 and have only ever done a manual install.
  • Pls read above, error not get email notification, can change dept->auto responder email address...

    For the mail delivery report create new ticket from BlackBerry10 email , till now still no solution
