A client is suggesting using osTicket for following-up his Hotel room bookings (payment at arrival only) that are made through a WP site.
When a booking is done (without payment gateway) my client receives an email with reservation details and the visitor gets the same and is waiting for a feedback from the Hotel. The Hotel will then confirm the booking and reply further questions to the visitor. Before his arrival, the visitor will get again a message asking for a confirmation of the date and time of arrival, etc. Usually the process will include at least a half dozen email messages, depending of the situation.
Does this sound feasible here? I mean, will it be possible to setup osTicket so that it creates a new ticket every time a booking is done and then allow both sides (hotel & guest) to follow-up directly by email and, at the same time, keep the whole conversation in a given thread online?
