Cant able to post Reply

Hi

all of sudden dont know what happend, cant able to postreply from staff side,
getting internal/Unable to post the response.

client able to create and reply.. but staff can able to create ticket but responce not getting posted..

pl help:(

  • What happens when you try to post a reply? Does the page load? Are there any error messages?

    Its got solved, some problem with database,

    i have taken backup of current database and restored with old backup, then i checked posting reply, that got worked, again a restored with current database backup and checked posting reply, now also it got worked.. dont know where the exact problem is with database:D
