Broken links in tickets


I'm using the latest, 1.8.01. I've found that when somebody sends us an html email with links through OST, it's doing something to re-write those links, so that they don't work, and look like this:

If I click on that link, I get Error 403 Forbidden, and it suggests that an .htaccess update may be in order, but does not say what I should be set to.

Anybody got any ideas on the fix for this?
