"Due date must be in the future"
When I try and set a due date that is only a few hours away, the system mistakenly thinks that I'm setting a due date in the past.
For example, in my timezone we are 15 minutes before 16:00.
I'm trying to set a ticket's due date as today at 19:00, and I receive the message "Due date must be in the future".
I know my timezone information is set correctly, as it even tells me "Time is based on your time zone (GMT -8.0)"
