Hi Guys,what is the desired way in osTicket for multi-language support of the ticket system.I know that there are a bunch of topics regarding the language of osTicket itself, but at our company we don't mind that the system is in English.We are a small startup with a very international range of customers, but also a lot of them from Austria/Germany because our HQ is there.Although most of the people are satisfied with the English template, we've wanted to answer all German requests with German templates.So I've created a second department with German langauge templates and also a filter with recognizes *.at or *.de email-addresses which transfers automatically the ticket to the German department. Is this ? Or are there any other techniques to get the same result?Also i really don't know how to add German Pages because the Site Pages aren't dependent to the department.Maybe some of you can help me out?best regards,AndiPS: We really like osTicket and it made our life a lot easier ;)
