Hi Guys,again I'm having trouble with osTicket. The problem is the following.I only want to alert a specific group of people (our 3 bosses and 2 support guys) if a new ticket is created, because i do not want to inform the whole company if a ticket gets created.I know that i could assign every ticket to a specific team at the ticket creation e.g Support Team, but I only want to alert the team leader not every member for future cases (e.g. if i assign a ticket later to team Android).The problem is that you only can set the assign alerts global, not for every team different.The second thing is that i don't want to use an extra department, because I'm already using 2 departments for language support.(http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//different-languages#latest)I tried the following workaround:I've created a new staff member with an email-address which is a mailing list, which contains the specific group of people i want to alert. This staff member is set as the department manager, which gets alerted when a new ticket is created.The problem is that the email can't be received by any of us.For further testing I've sent an email from the same address which we are using in osTicket as alert-address, that was successfully sent to the recipients.Does anyone of you know how to deal with this?I'm excited about your answers!best regards,Andi
