If I need to start a new thread, I will, but what I'm seeing on 1.8.1 is that emails work fine when alerting to existing tickets, etc. But when creating a new ticket, it's not getting the ticket number on time and thus not firing an email. Some sort of race condition I assume.Thank you for contacting us.
