Time On Tickets

Great job so far guys,
If this is not already in the pipeline could you consider the ability to add time you've spent when you update a call and somewhere to view the total time you've on a call? This would be really useful to work out if users have had their allotted support time etc.



  • Workflow and Time Tracking is already due for inclusion in osTicket version 2.0 due out later this year.
